We are a husband and wife lead Warwickshire based design & build team with over 25 years' experience. From extensions through to new build homes our concept to completion service is delivered with passion and professionalism.
All of our projects are approached with an unrelenting eye for design and detail and our expertise lies in providing a full turnkey service where we fully project manage your aspirational space. We work with you to create a brief and build trust from the start; taking the day to day co-ordinating, planning and organising decisions, but ensuring you are fully included in the process.

James is the head honch on site.
The man that's there at the start and end of the day project managing it all! James puts his previous senior managerial and construction experience together to deliver a reliable and seamless service.
You'll also find him mucking in with the lads shifting bricks and blocks too!

Helen Kimpton
Helen's forte is in design. She is the researcher/specifier and designer at Elevate. Helen is a qualified teacher and organisation is her thing!
In charge of admin and the finishing touches on our projects.
She also bakes a mean lemon drizzle cake that always goes down well on site!

Wayne Tibbatts
Wayne is the man that can! No job is ever too much. Always willing to lend a hand and offer up advice Wayne is our trusted pair of hands when we are not there. He has been with us since the start.
He can be relied on to get stuck in with demolition but also has an eye for detailing and finish.
His carpentry is second to none too!

Alice Kimpton
Alice holds a Masters Degree in Engineering & Architecture with Environmental Design (MEng) from University of Nottingham, and a Masters of Architecture (MArch) from Bath University giving her RIBA Part II status.
She's passionate about sustainability and how 'smart' technology can help to lower our energy and carbon in buildings.
She works with us part-time.

At Elevate we realise the importance of team effort
To complement our core team we have all the key trades such as electricians, ground workers, plumbers and bricklayers (most of them have been with us since our first project back in the day) who work with us to realise our exceptional level of service. They are a reliable and focused bunch with honest and trustworthy values.
We also have built relationships with professionals such as structural engineers, architects and more specialised services such as ecological survey companies and arborculturalists.
We know our stuff!
Over time we have delivered new build homes from the initial concept through to completion stage and also have experience in the detailed planning/completion of restoration and conversion work, namely period properties (Grade II listed and barn conversions).
Planning applications can sometimes be tricky but we are able to handle this aspect of your project. We have experience of taking applications to appeal and winning. We work with professionals in their field on your behalf in helping to secure a successful outcome.
We understand the legal and ethical framework our team needs to operate within on-site. Working safely and to the required quality/statutory certification is important to us. We adhere to all professional body regulations. This is recognised in our awards with our local building control.
