James
James' previous background is in business management, having gained 20 plus years' experience in the design and print industry. After attending print college and his beginnings on the factory floor he rose to Managing Director heading a team of 70 employees. James now employs this managerial experience 'at the coal face' ensuring the team are happy, well organised and motivated. His role as Project Manager enables the project to run smoothly, to budget and to time.
Out of work James is a huge live concert goer. He's a big Foo Fighters fan - he's only seen them 20 times!! He can't wait to get back into concerts again.
An unusual fact about James - he is an army qualified marksman!
Helen
Helen's experience is in admin and personnel. In her twenties she trained as a teacher at Warwick University and taught primary children up until she had children of her own. She is the creative talent of Elevate. She is often to be found designing, researching and sourcing materials for our projects. She majored in art and history at university and this has had a lasting effect.
Helen also provides our support functions such as building control admin, along with health & safety compliance.
Out of work Helen loves to travel and also walking with the family beagle, Snoopy. She is also a keen tennis player.
An unusual fact about Helen - she is also a qualified organic cosmetic formulator!
