ESTATE AGENT RE-DESIGN AND SHOPFIT

Boothroyd & Company is an established, trusted Estate Agent in Kenilworth who approached us to re-fit their office premises on the Warwick Road.  We were tasked in re-designing the shop front, the interior and associated accent design.  This was a project that demanded excellent attention to detail.

 

An excellent working relationship was built with the client during the process with plenty of two way, transparent communication.

The existing shopfront communicated a traditional feel.  The client wished to retain this solid/trusted reputation but at the same time appeal to a wider customer base. Using these values we undertook the design with a view to updating their image, but still retaining their loyal following.

By changing the background colour and materials externally instantly the company image is updated.  New windows and door with modern hardware create a lighter feel. New sale boards and lighting, along with revised display cases add to the more contemporary finish.  Etched window stickers communicate the contact details subtlely.

The new look brings this estate agency into the 21st century with a more contemporary feel whilst still respecting the need for traditional values.
