COMPLETE RE-FURB & 1000SQFT EXTENSION

This project took 12 months to complete as it involved a lengthy planning application to the local district council. We were successful in persuading the council to change the front of the house to the back so that the orientation of the living area was facing south so that the family could enjoy their space to the maximum.
​
The house was completely taken apart, joists replaced, the roof re-done, ceilings made higher, complete re-plaster, all new bathrooms and kitchen along with new floorings throughout.
​
The family wanted to invest in a fabulous lighting scheme which Helen designed for them incorporating mini downlights in the floor washing the walls and feature areas such as the landing and front door.
​
This was a major structural project with 31 new steel beams being incorporated in the existing house and new extensions. James has developed a longstanding relationship with our steel manufacturers to ensure exacting quality - marrying the needs of building control standards and peace of mind of our clients.
